The founder, Kai Smith's passion for sneakers and streetwear began in high school after camping out at a local store for his first pair of Jordans, the Bred 11 Low. Since that night, Kai has dedicated himself to collecting rare and sought after sneakers.

Selling sneakers began as a side job in college but Kai wanted to take his passion to the next level. Fast forward a few years and Legit Laces was founded in 2018 and now works to provide you with the highest quality and authentic sneakers and streetwear.
